Berly Martawardaya studied bachelor’s degree in economics and development studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (FEUI) and earned a post-graduate degree in economics at Vije Universitet Amsterdam (VU), the Netherlands and Universita’ deglis studies in Siena, Italy.
Berly is the Research and Community Service Manager of FEB UI 2012-2014 and regularly teaches Indonesian Economy, Natural Resources & Environmental Economics, Energy & Mineral Economics and Development Planning courses. Berly has also been active as a researcher and economist at the Institute for Development for Economics and Finance (INDEF) since 2009 and is serving as Director of Research.
Berly is a member of the HR, Manpower & Research and Technology Working Group at the 2016-2019 National Economic and Industrial Committee (KEIN) and is currently a member of the DKI Jakarta Regional Research Council (DRD) 2018-2022. Among the trainings that have been attended is the Evaluation of Social Program by JPAL-MIT.
